Shipping:
Permacharts orders will be shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise specified. Orders are standardly shipped by mail - via the U.S. Postal Service or Canada Post as appropriate.  There is a $4.95 shipping charge for each order. For faster shipping, you may elect to use UPS 2nd Day shipping for a fee of $9.95 or UPS Next Day for a fee of $14.95.

Refunds:
All Permacharts products are warranted against defects of materials or workmanship. The lamination of each guide is guaranteed to protect your product from everyday wear and tear, including spills and stains. If for any reason you find that your Permacharts guide is defective, please contact us to find out how to obtain a FREE replacement. How do I make a return? Product returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization. An authorization can be obtained by contacting Permacharts Customer Service.
